Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the service selected and destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • If you need help, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, instructions and timing will be provided at checkout or via email.
