Canteen Return Policy

At the Canteen, we offer a selection of premium skate brands, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Before dispatching your order, we meticulously check all items by hand to ensure that they meet our high standards and are properly packaged.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund, provided that any issues are reported and the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original and resalable condition, with all original tags intact.

Please be aware that certain items, such as limited release, quickstrikes, signed sneakers, sale items, and signed decks are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for refund, return, exchange, or store credit.

Marketplace Item Returns:

To request a return for a marketplace item, you should get in touch with 'The Canteen' by emailing Canteen@theberrics.com, and we will proceed to initiate the return process with the relevant brand.


International Returns:

For our international customers, please return items using your local postal service or a courier. Please ensure that your return is well-packaged and meets all of the conditions outlined below. Mark the parcel and all enclosed paperwork with "Returned Items" to avoid import charges and taxes. Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods and send to the following address:

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging, if applicable. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. All items must be in original, resalable condition, and well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. For footwear, please ensure that the box is protected with an outer packaging layer, as the box is part of the product and any damage may result in the return being refused. Please send all return packages with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item from outside the USA, please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. The Canteen is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred. For returns, a restocking fee of the original shipping price will be applied, which means you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs.


For exchanges, there will be no additional shipping charges.


Please include a note with your order number and reason for return/exchange and/or request in writing.
